Gato Negro — Craft Cocktail Bar in Valencia

Gato Negro started the way many things in Valencia do: with a drink and a questionable decision. A few drinks later, opening a craft cocktail bar in the city center sounded like a great idea. Now the cocktails are taken seriously, so we do everything ourselves — from ice to cordials. The music is good, and the nights tend to last longer than planned. No shortcuts, just properly made cocktails in a relaxed, hidden setting. Some people even say it’s one of the best cocktail bars in Valencia — although they’ve usually had more than one drink by then.
