Nobody pitched us. We liked the gin, we liked the brand, and we wanted to work with it. Condesa is a Mexican gin, and it has two expressions we wanted to use separately: the classic one, and the prickly pear and orange blossom one. We built three cocktails with them. Three routes, one starting point
